My professional career began at McKinsey, where I became an expert in running successful projects across several industries and business disciplines. But I only matured professionally when I started carrying the responsibility of executing my own strategies and plans in the corporate world. I have dealt with the frustration of seeing transformations go south and with the euphoria of turning them around. I’ve managed large global teams. I’ve hired a lot of great people and had to fire a few who were not so great. I’ve started new businesses. I’ve helped transform most of the companies I’ve worked at, driving a lot of value to their bottom line. That led me to climb to the top of the corporate ladder, occupying C-level positions in the last three companies I’ve worked at.
With over two decades of experience leading large scale projects and massive transformations in large and small companies across a range of industries, I am ready to share my expertise and help your company be successful with your own transformation.
